Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Communications Consultant in Roanoke, TX to develop and manage participant communications for Tax-Exempt Core Non-Profit clients. You will lead end-to-end production of educational and regulatory content for multiple media, ensuring accuracy and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities include guiding strategy with Managing Directors, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring on-time delivery while optimizing participant experience. Strong PM and sector knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee benefits communication or financial services preferred.
• 2-3 years of communications consulting experience preferred.
• Proven project management experience required.
• SIE required; Series 6 and 63 licenses preferred and must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Knowledge of communication processes across multiple media (print, email, internet). Print production experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Managing Directors to develop participant communication strategies for Tax-Exempt Core Non-Profit clients.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of educational, plan, and regulatory communications with quality, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to oversee high-volume projects and drive process improvements.
• Ensure timely delivery and exceptional participant experience through best-practice communication solutions.
• Consult with the Managing Director on communication and education strategy, aligning with key client priorities.
