• Manage engagement planning, scope, budgets, resources and profitability, delivering high-quality work on time.
• Strengthen client relationships and drive practice growth by expanding engagements and leading proposals.

• Lead client engagements from strategy through execution, delivering integrated communication campaigns across digital, print, video, social and in-person channels.
• Shape AI-enabled and digital experiences, including benefits websites, microsites and AI assistants, that help employees understand and act on information.
• Manage engagement planning, scope, budgets, resources and financial performance while delivering high-quality work on time and at target profitability.
• Strengthen client relationships and support practice growth by expanding engagements, identifying new opportunities and leading proposals, RFP responses and pitch presentations.
