Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to enhance commodity trade operations through strong business analysis, communication, and techno-functional solution support across SaaS, off-the-shelf, and custom applications.

The role partners with Trading, Risk, Middle Office, Back Office, and IT teams to translate business needs into clear requirements and drive high-quality delivery across the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of business analysis in commodity trading and hedging.
• Experience delivering across requirements, process mapping, SIT/UAT, and hypercare.
• Proven ability to translate complex needs into testable requirements and maintain traceability.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with ION XTP and ION Openlink in functional roles.
• Experience with soft commodities like grains and seeds.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis for hedging and trade initiatives.
• Document current and future-state processes including maps, controls, handoffs, and exception handling.
• Translate business needs into clear, testable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with solution architects, product owners, and delivery teams on design, configuration, and integrations.
• Identify data and reporting needs including positions, P&L, settlements, and confirmations; align on definitions and reconciliation.
• Support SIT/UAT planning and execution; drive defect triage and resolution.
• Maintain readiness for deployment including cutover planning and runbooks.
• Provide functional and techno-functional support for hedging and trade applications.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to manage escalations and SLAs.
