Job summary

MX Holdings in St. Louis, MO is seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst for the Trading Division. You will ensure alignment between commodity trading goals and IT systems, focusing on ERP, CTRM, ISVs, and interfaces to link them.

The role requires deep business process knowledge, strong analytical skills, and 5–7 years of experience in a related field within commodity trading, finance, or sales. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years in business systems analysis for supply chain/ERP/CTRM environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Microsoft Business Central.
• Experience with system integration, data migration, and process automation.
• CBAP or PMP certification is a plus; Agile experience preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; relocation to St. Louis, MO may be required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specs.
• Lead IT system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements with minimal business disruption.
• Support system integration and end-to-end process automation across platforms.
• Develop comprehensive functional and technical specifications.
• Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure reliable deployments.
• Provide user training and ongoing support for new systems.
• Collaborate with vendors during requirements, testing, and implementation.
