Job summary

You will apply advanced supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing expertise to optimize the initial BOM and establish cost-improvement actions before orders enter manufacturing.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Pricing, Finance and 3PMs to improve cost, lead times, supplier selection and inventory planning, ensuring material

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of industry experience in supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP and data analysis to improve cost and lead times.
• Willingness to travel ~25% and eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Front-End Supply Chain Assessment at the start of the order process to identify cost, availability, sourcing, lead-time, logistics and manufacturing risks.
• Lead BOM optimization and cost-improvement actions with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, 3PMs to improve cost, lead times and logistics.
• Develop supply-chain data tools to identify risks earlier in the order lifecycle.
• Ensure manufacturing readiness and supplier performance.
