Qualifications

• JD preferred; strong drafting and negotiation experience.
• Experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating ISDA Master Agreement.
• College degree required.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, review and draft master agreements (English/New York law).
• Liaise with Credit, Risk, Legal, Sales, Operations, Tax to include terms.
• Discuss Morgan Stanley’s position with clients in master agreements.
• Maintain work-in-progress records.
• Stay informed of business and regulatory developments affecting operations.
