Job summary

Morgan Stanley seeks a skilled professional to join the Institutional Securities Documentation Team within the Fixed Income Division. The role involves negotiating and drafting master agreements, including ISDA-related documents, to support commodity and other trading activities.

You will collaborate with Credit, Risk, Legal and Sales teams, review complex agreements, and maintain detailed records while adhering to internal policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• JD preferred and experience in reviewing, drafting and negotiating ISDA Master Agreement and trading docs is highly valued.
• College degree required; strong verbal and written skills are essential.
• Analytical, organized, proactive and professional with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, review, and draft master agreements (English and NY law) for Business Unit.
• Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Legal, Sales, Operations, Tax and other groups to protect Morgan Stanley.
• Engage with clients to discuss positions and ensure accurate records of work in progress.
