• JD preferred and/or law degree with strong drafting experience.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, review, and draft master agreements in English and New York law.
• Liaise with Credit, Risk, Legal, Sales, Operations, and Tax to secure protective terms.
• Converse with clients regarding Morgan Stanley’s position in master agreements.
• Keep work-in-progress records up to date and track developments.
