Job summary

Centric Software is seeking a detail-oriented Commissions Analyst II to join the Finance and Accounting team, driving accuracy and efficiency in commission processes. You will model scenarios, support annual planning with Sales, and collaborate with Payroll, Sales Operations and Finance to optimize incentive plans and reporting.

The role requires 2+ years in commissions or accounting, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Excel, and incentive

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commission experience; accounting/finance background preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication at multiple levels.
• Familiarity with booking metrics per company policy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Model and analyze commission plans to drive accuracy and efficiency.
• Support annual Sales commission planning with scenario analysis and data review.
• Configure and verify incentive components across global teams.
• Collaborate with People and Culture and Payroll to ensure timely payments.
• Publish monthly commission statements and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with ASC 606 / IFRS 15 and support audits.
