Job summary

Williams is seeking a Commissioning Project Manager to coordinate and execute commissioning and startup for compressor stations, plants, and pipeline facilities. You will lead a commissioning team, partner with Operations and engineering, and manage scheduling, testing, and safety throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates bring a decade of related experience (15+ preferred) and a strong track record in oil/gas commissioning, with exceptional organizational and communications skills to

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma and 10+ years in operations, construction, or commissioning for oil/gas facilities.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field and 15+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning team through the commissioning process for compressor stations, plants, and pipeline facilities.
• Coordinate and schedule pre-commissioning meetings and mobilize teams to site.
• Develop and execute commissioning work plans, FAT testing, and gas handling plans.
• Communicate status to project leaders and stakeholders; monitor progress versus site plan.
• Collaborate across Operations and other groups to schedule outages and approvals.
