Job summary

Williams seeks a Staff Electrical Commissioning Project Manager to provide senior leadership for planning, execution, testing, commissioning, and startup of complex electrical systems across large facilities. You will develop strategies, standards, and best practices while serving as the subject matter expert for readiness, energization, and turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from ABET accredited institution.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in electrical commissioning and related fields.
• Preferred PE license, PMP certification, and advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Leads electrical commissioning activities for multiple large-scale projects through startup and turnover.
• Develops commissioning strategies, plans, procedures, and readiness reviews.
• Acts as technical SME for electrical systems, testing, energization, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinates with Engineering, Construction, Operations, and vendors to meet objectives.
• Manages commissioning risks and ensures compliance with safety and standards.
• Mentors commissioning personnel and supports turnover to Operations.
• Communicates status and recommendations to leadership.
