Job summary

W-Industries is seeking a Commissioning Specialist to plan, coordinate, and execute commissioning activities for compressor sites and related industrial systems. The role involves cross-discipline coordination with I&E and Mechanical teams and ensuring accurate turnover documentation.

Ideal candidates will have strong commissioning process knowledge, experience with CMS (Bluerithm), and proficiency in MS Office. Houston-based role supporting compressor sites with Solar turbine engines is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have commissioning experience in industrial or energy environments.
• Familiar with Commissioning Management Systems, preferably Bluerithm.
• Knowledge of compressor site commissioning and related process systems.
• Strong trade scheduling and coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team.
• Experience with Solar turbine engines is a plus.
• Familiarity with startup and testing procedures for mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support commissioning activities for industrial and energy projects.
• Utilize and maintain data within the CMS, such as Bluerithm.
• Develop and manage commissioning schedules with construction teams.
• Coordinate activities across I&E and Mechanical trades.
• Conduct system walkdowns, testing, start-up, and turnover documentation.
• Maintain records and commissioning data using Excel and Word.
• Provide progress updates to project managers and field teams.
• Support commissioning on compressor sites and Solar turbine engines.
