Job summary

Redwood Materials is seeking a Senior Manager of Commissioning to lead the EPC commissioning scope for large-scale energy projects. You will organize schedules, coordinate stakeholders, and drive process improvements ensuring on-time startup and turnover of equipment to end users.

You will manage a team of commissioning personnel, collaborate with engineering, procurement, operations, and safety teams, and ensure adherence to project specifications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in large scale commissioning management.
• 5+ years’ experience in managing personnel.
• 4+ years’ experience in BESS, PV, or renewable energy (DC Systems).
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is a plus.
• Experience managing a team of commissioning agents.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Experience with CxAlloy completions management system.
• Ability to manage multiple departments and direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of commissioning program elements to standardize execution.
• Manage EPC commissioning program including agents and turnover.
• Participate in design reviews for commissioning readiness.
• Coordinate and execute factory acceptance testing.
• Develop and manage commissioning schedule, budget, and resources.
• Ensure safety reviews and procedures are followed.
