Job summary

SOLV Energy, LLC seeks a Senior Commissioning Project Manager to lead integrated commissioning across a portfolio of EPC projects in the Midwest. You will direct PV, HV, BESS, SCADA/controls scopes and coordinate with field teams, OEMs, and customers to deliver a safe, compliant, and commercially successful outcome.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in commissioning, startup, testing, construction, operations, engineering, or project delivery for utility-scale electrical facilities.
• 5+ years leading complex commissioning or project-delivery activities with multiple concurrent projects.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence outcomes across organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated commissioning delivery across typically 4-5 concurrent EPC projects, each with 2-3 commissioning scopes.
• Establish the commissioning strategy, execution model, governance cadence, and escalation pathways.
• Translate contracts and requirements into an integrated commissioning plan and execution plan.
• Lead cross-scope readiness reviews and ensure safety, quality, and schedule readiness before energization or testing.
