Job summary

HDR seeks a Senior Commissioning Agent to lead commissioning on building projects, serving as the primary client contact and coordinating all commissioning activities. You will manage schedules, tests, and documentation while ensuring quality and adherence to budgets on mission-critical facilities.

Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree, a PE license or equivalent field experience, plus commissioning and LEED credentials, with extensive MEP knowledge and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with focus on mechanical or electrical systems.
• Licensed PE or equivalent field technician with strong MEP knowledge.
• Commissioning Certification and LEED accreditation preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in commissioning for mission critical, healthcare, life sciences or education facilities.

Responsibilities

• Be the main client contact and direct all commissioning activities on projects.
• Adhere to budgeted man-hours and oversee commissioning services.
• Coordinate scheduling, tests, training plans, O&M, and document reviews.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
