HDR is seeking a Senior Commissioning Agent to lead commissioning efforts on major building projects. You will act as the primary client contact and oversee all commissioning activities, ensuring alignment with schedules and budgets.

Role requires extensive MEP/controls experience, travel to site locations, and strong communication skills to coordinate with HDR teams, contractors and owners throughout design and construction phases.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and PE licensure or equivalent certification.
• CxA certification or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC controls and TB processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client liaison abilities.
• Willingness to travel to site locations as required.

Responsabilités

• Be the main contact between the client and HDR and direct and manage all Commissioning activities on the project
• Adhere to budgeted man-hours and execute commissioning services
• Coordinate with the client and assist the contractors in scheduling the commissioning activities: plans, pre-functional checklists, functional performance tests, training plans, O&M, record document and shop drawing reviews and opposed season testing
• Perform other duties as needed
