Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Commissioning Agent to lead field commissioning efforts for critical building projects. You will act as the main contact between HDR and the client, directing commissioning activities, reviewing plans, and ensuring alignment with schedule and budget.

You will travel to site locations as needed and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to execute functional performance tests, training plans, and O&M records. Exceptional communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to document findings clearly.
• Experience coordinating commissioning activities across multiple teams.
• Willingness to travel to site locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact between HDR and the client for commissioning.
• Adhere to budgeted man-hours and oversee commissioning services.
• Coordinate with client and contractors for scheduling, checklists, and tests.
• Perform other duties as needed.
