Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Commissioning Agent to lead commissioning activities across project sites in the United States. You will serve as the main client contact, supervise commissioning efforts, and ensure adherence to budgets and schedules while coordinating with contractors and design teams.

Qualifications

• Eight years of industry experience across mechanical, electrical and controls disciplines.
• Willingness to travel to site-based locations as needed by HDR.
• Licensed PE or field technician with solid MEP understanding.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with design documents, multi-discipline designs, and design & construction delivery.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact between the client and HDR and direct and manage all Commissioning activities on the project.
• Adhere to budgeted man-hours and execute commissioning services.
• Coordinate with the client and assist contractors in scheduling commissioning activities: plans, checklists, tests, training, O&M, reviews.
