Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Commissioning Provider II to lead and manage multiple commissioning projects in the US. You will oversee the commissioning team, coordinate with owners, contractors, and engineers, and ensure systems meet peak performance and safety standards through rigorous testing and documentation.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in MEP coordination, equipment startup, controls programming, and TAB.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commissioning or related building construction experience; mechanical, plumbing, automatic temperature control systems, and/or testing adjusting and balancing
• Experience with building construction, especially mechanical, plumbing, automatic temperature control systems, and / or testing adjusting and balancing
• Commissioning Certification from ACG, BCxA, ASHRAE
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Proficient with CloudBased Commissioning software Platforms (CxAlloy)
• Proficient with Bluebeam software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong scope management and scheduling skills
• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work as part of a team and build collaborative relationships
• Able to interact with owner, owner's representatives, contractors, engineers, and architects in a professional manner
• Versed in the industry and company's competitors
• Working knowledge of Commercial Mechanical and Electrical equipment and design.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research needed information or perform research as required.
• Demonstrate strong project management and scheduling capabilities.
• Generate or review checklists and functional performance tests.
• Perform Functional performance testing.
• Conduct site walks, observe equipment startup and produce observation reports and issues logs.
• Drive corrective actions when gaps are identified.
• Participate in field commissioning tasks with the team.
• Interact with owners and clients to manage expectations.
• Meet with clients, architects, engineers, and other design personnel to plan budgets and schedules.
• Lead construction and commissioning coordination meetings.
• Act as a liaison between client and project team on changes or problems.
• Schedule and coordinate commissioning activities with multiple parties.
• Review project documentation and provide comments to owner and project teams.
• Participate in owner training and develop commissioning plan and final report.
• Manage multiple commissioning projects, including client interface, team coordination, schedule and budget.
