Job summary

ENFRA seeks a Commissioning Provider II in Houston to lead the commissioning of multiple projects, overseeing field teams, coordinating with owners, engineers, and contractors, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in MEP coordination, equipment startup, controls programming, and TAB, driving commissioning processes from planning to final reporting and client sign-off.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commissioning or related building construction experience.
• Certification from ACG, BCxA, ASHRAE.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and cloud-based commissioning tools (CxAlloy).

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning projects and teams to execute scope efficiently.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, architects, and contractors.
• Develop commissioning plans and final reports; manage schedules and budgets.
• Mentor team members on complex commissioning tasks and best practices.
• Ensure client deliverables meet ENFRA's quality standards at delivery.
