Job summary

ENFRA LLC seeks an experienced Commissioning Provider III to lead multi-project commissioning, with strong MEP coordination, testing, and documentation capabilities. You will oversee field teams, interact with owners and consultants, and drive efficiency and accuracy across the commissioning scope.

The role requires hands-on startup and TAB expertise, project management skills, and a commitment to safety and quality across energy infrastructure projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commissioning or related building construction experience with mechanical, plumbing, and controls systems
• Experience with building construction, especially mechanical and electrical systems and TAB
• ACG/BCxA/ASHRAE commissioning certification preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based commissioning platforms
• Familiarity with project management, scheduling, and documentation in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning teams across multiple projects and coordinate with owners, engineers, and designers
• Develop commissioning plans and final reports, and drive corrective actions
• Perform functional performance testing and site observations
• Coordinate scheduling, budgets, and client communications
• Mentor team members and foster accountability and collaboration
• Ensure deliverables meet ENFRA quality standards
