Job summary

ENFRA LLC in Houston, TX seeks a Commissioning Provider II to lead multiple commissioning projects, drive the commissioning process, and ensure systems meet peak performance and safety standards. You will coordinate with owners, engineers, and contractors to align plans with client needs.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in MEP coordination, equipment startup, controls programming, and TAB, with strong leadership and communication skills to mentor others and improve processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commissioning or related building construction experience.
• Experience with mechanical, plumbing, automatic temperature control systems, and / or TAB.
• Commissioning Certification from ACG, BCxA, ASHRAE.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and cloud-based commissioning platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning teams across one or more projects and drive the commissioning process.
• Identify information needs and perform field research to resolve issues.
• Develop commissioning plans and final commissioning reports.
• Manage site observations, startup activities, and observation logs.
• Coordinate with owners, clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Schedule commissioning activities and manage budgets and resources.
• Mentor team members on complex tasks and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure deliverables meet ENFRA's quality standards and client expectations.
