Qualifications

• 8+ years of commissioning or related building construction experience in mechanical, plumbing, controls, or TAB.
• Commissioning Certification from ACG, BCxA, ASHRAE.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based commissioning platforms (CxAlloy).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research information as needed.
• Lead project management and scheduling for commissioning tasks.
• Develop and review commissioning checklists and perform functional performance tests.
• Perform site walks, observe equipment startup, and log observations and issues.
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, engineers, and architects to plan budgets and schedules.
• Drive corrective actions for scope or performance gaps.
• Mentor team members on complex commissioning tasks.
