Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Commissioning Provider I to lead the commissioning team across multiple projects in the energy infrastructure sector. You will drive the commissioning process, resolve field issues, and ensure systems achieve peak performance and safety standards.

The role requires hands-on experience with MEP coordination, equipment start-up, controls programming, and TAB testing, plus strong communication with owners, engineers, and contractors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commissioning or related building construction experience; mechanical, plumbing, automatic temperature control systems, and/or TAB experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient with Cloud Based Commissioning software Platforms (CxAlloy).
• Familiar with Bluebeam software.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong scope management and scheduling skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify information needs and conduct research.
• Strong project management and scheduling of commissioning tasks.
• Generate and review checklists and functional performance tests.
• Perform functional performance testing.
• Conduct site walks and observe equipment startup; produce observations and issue logs.
• Drive corrective actions for gaps in scope or performance.
• Coordinate commissioning tasks with the field team and clients.
• Interact with owners and clients to manage expectations.
• Lead meetings with designers, engineers, and contractors to plan scope, budget, and schedule.
• Develop commissioning plans and final commissioning reports.
• Manage multiple commissioning projects including client interface, team coordination, schedule, and budget.
