Job summary

ENFRA LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a Commissioning Provider III to lead the commissioning of multiple projects. You will coordinate with owners, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate execution and high-quality results.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on MEP coordination, equipment startup, controls programming, and TAB experience to drive the commissioning process, resolve field issues, and validate systems meet safety and performance standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commissioning or related building construction experience
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems and TAB
• Commissioning Certification from ACG, BCxA, ASHRAE
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient with Cloud Based Commissioning software Platforms (CxAlloy)
• Proficient with Bluebeam software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong scope management and scheduling skills
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with owners, engineers, contractors and architects

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning teams on one or more projects and manage the commissioning scope
• Coordinate with owners, owners’ representatives, contractors, engineers, and architects
• Develop commissioning plans and final commissioning reports
• Drive corrective actions for performance gaps and ensure safety and quality standards
• Perform site walks, observe equipment startup, and document observations and issues
• Mentor team members on complex commissioning tasks
• Foster accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
• Coordinate with clients to document and communicate requirements to all parties
