You will mentor team members and drive growth within the department, leveraging HVAC, Building, and Automation expertise to deliver diverse commercial projects.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• Demonstrated experience in HVAC, Building, and Automation systems.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Genuine interest in business development.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a department of 3 Commissioning Agents while expanding team capabilities.
• Perform client-facing activities for Commissioning and Retro-Commissioning projects.
• Identify new business opportunities and guide clients through the proposal and contracting process.
• Mentor team members and drive overall department growth and development.
