Job summary
Search Masters is seeking a Department Lead to manage a team of 3 Commissioning Agents, oversee client-facing Commissioning and Retro-Commissioning projects, and identify opportunities while guiding clients through proposals and contracts.
You will mentor team members and drive growth within the department, leveraging HVAC, Building, and Automation expertise to deliver diverse commercial projects.
Qualifications
- BS/BA degree required.
- Demonstrated experience in HVAC, Building, and Automation systems.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Genuine interest in business development.
