Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Commissioning Provider I to lead and coordinate commissioning across multiple construction projects. You’ll oversee the commissioning team, drive testing and balance activities, and ensure systems meet performance and safety standards.

You will interact with owners, engineers, and architects, manage schedules and budgets, and contribute to process improvements while promoting ENFRA’s values and client advocacy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commissioning or related building construction experience.
• Experience with building construction, especially mechanical, plumbing, automatic temperature control systems, and/or TAB.
• Commissioning Certification from ACG, BCxA, ASHRAE, or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commissioning team across multiple projects and ensure efficient, accurate execution.
• Drive corrective actions when gaps are identified and manage client expectations.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors to align plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Develop commissioning plans and final reports, and oversee training for owners.
