Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Principal Commissioning Engineer to lead comprehensive commissioning plans, budgets, and field execution across owner, facility, and equipment scopes.

You will develop procedures, start-up scripts, and training programs while mentoring the commissioning team. This role requires deep engineering expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to drive quality and safety on site, coordinating with estimating, engineering, BIM, and construction to meet project

Qualifications

• 15 years of related experience
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology
• CCP Certification or equivalent preferred
• Travel: 0-20%
• Work Schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Mon–Fri; may require other hours to meet business needs

Responsibilities

• Develops commissioning processes, systems, and standard documents interfacing with Estimating, Engineering, BIM, Detailing, Prefabrication, and Construction processes.
• Creates LOTO plans and start-up scripts.
• Audits and updates LOTO and energization best practices.
• Ensures procedures, checklists, and test scripts are accurate and task-appropriate.
• Leads creation of commissioning scripts Level 1–5.
• Provides technical training and leadership to commissioning teams.
• Assists in determining commissioning processes and technologies to use.
• Mentors other commissioning engineers and staff.
• Identifies and generates new business; maintains customer relationships.
• Ensures start-up activities comply with specs, codes, and requirements.
• Develops commissioning work scopes and estimates per RFPs.
