Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Commissioning Electrician to deliver commissioning services on project sites. You will coordinate the commissioning plan, coach teams on-site, and ensure quality and safety compliance.

This role requires 5+ years of field experience, 75-100% travel, and the ability to lead small crews (2–5 electricians). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold Faith Quality Advantage across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field experience.

• Flexible schedule including possible nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead small crews (2-5 electricians).
• Conduct quality inspections of conduit, lighting, and basic control systems.
• Inspect motor feeders and motor connections.
• Review construction documents to identify quality issues.
• Coordinate startup/commissioning schedule and tasks.
• Provide on-site coaching and training to improve performance.
