W3Global is seeking an initiative-taking Cx Engineer to join our Commissioning Team in San Francisco. You will engage in design reviews, controls design, and site observation, managing projects for clients from education and healthcare to labs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Cx Engineer, MEP consultant, or design Engineer.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering; Commissioning Certification is a plus.
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam Review.
• Excellent communication, planning and execution skills.
• Knowledge of California Energy Code and ASHRAE Cx and energy-related guidelines and standards.
• Ability to work in a demanding environment, comfort navigating active construction sites, a desire to never stop learning, and passion for sustainability and high-performance buildings.
• Significant more experience will be considered in place of education and certification requirements.
• 6+ years as a control's contractor or contractor's MEP/Cx Manager also considered.
