The role requires 8+ years in commissioning, strong leadership, and expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and controls. Travel will be 25–40%, with a focus on client advocacy and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Experience: 8+ years in commissioning or related building construction with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, controls.
• Know-how of building systems and commercial construction process.
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop commissioning professionals and maintain client focus.
• Define standards, provide coaching, and conduct evaluations.
