Job summary

ENFRA seeks a Director of Commissioning to lead cross-functional teams ensuring building systems meet owner requirements and design intent. You will mentor Cx professionals, define standards, and guide complex projects from proposal through completion.

You will collaborate with owners, contractors, engineers, and architects, drive continuous improvement, manage budgets and KPIs, and contribute to business development while upholding ENFRA’s values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in commissioning or related building construction.
• Deep knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, controls.
• Commissioning Certification (NEBB/ACG/ASHRAE) preferred.
• Proficiency with cloud-based commissioning software.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop Cx professionals to uphold excellence.
• Establish performance standards and conduct evaluations.
• Coordinate with clients, teams, and partners to document requirements.
• Manage project information flow to commissioning agents and technicians.
• Track status and report progress to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure all communications to clients, contractors, and consultants are documented.
• Identify gaps in scope or performance and drive corrective actions.
• Develop and negotiate commissioning fee proposals.
