Landers Appliance, LLC in Maryland is seeking an experienced Commission-based Sales Associate. You will leverage your proven selling skills to build a robust pipeline, handle objections, and close deals from first call to delivery.

The role features a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, no weekends, and no on-call requirements. We offer a competitive hourly base ($30–$35) plus bonuses, a substantial 401(k) with company matching, health and dental cover, and two to three weeks of PTO depending

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a commission-based sales role (any industry).
• Appliance sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage a full pipeline.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable learning new software (Hub).
• Monday–Friday availability within our sales floor hours.
