Job summary

Landers Appliance in Maryland is seeking an experienced appliance repair technician to diagnose and repair home appliances at customers’ locations. You will estimate costs, collect payments, and maintain tools and vehicles as part of a small, supportive team.

The role offers a flexible schedule with fewer hours and a bigger paycheck through commissions; you’ll start early (6:30–8:30am) and work in well-defined zones with ongoing training and strong support from management.

Qualifications

• 4+ years appliance repair experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skill.
• Organized, self-driven, communicates well.
• Willing to learn new tech.
• Lift 50 lbs regularly.
• At least 18.

• Provide accurate estimates and collect payment
