Qualifications

• 8–10 years commercial insurance experience.
• P&C Producer License (or ability to obtain)
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead underwriting of large, complex accounts.
• Train and mentor junior underwriters.
• Conduct high-level risk assessments and site visits.
• Perform independent pricing, rating, and binding.
• Develop marketing presentations and represent the organization externally.
• Identify trends and support actuarial analysis to drive retention.
