Job summary

The Misch Group in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to service a book of commercial lines accounts and support the assigned Producer.

You will respond to client inquiries, review coverage, and advise on risk management, with a focus on accurate quotes and renewals. This role requires a Property & Casualty license and strong communication, with opportunities to grow in a collaborative brokerage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in servicing small to medium commercial accounts.
• Property and Casualty license required.
• CIC, CPCU or other designations desirable but not required.
• Knowledge of Insurance and/or Brokerage business.
• Ability to consult on risk management issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Account Management from A-Z.
• Provide day-to-day client service and respond to policy questions.
• Consult with clients on policy changes and risk management.
• Market/quote new business and renewals with competitive coverage.
• Collaborate with producers and underwriters.
• Utilize rating portals and carrier portals.
• Maintain client records and renewals data.
