Stancil Services is seeking a Senior Superintendent in Charlotte, NC to lead high-value commercial projects on-site. You will oversee field operations, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and mentor junior staff while aligning with project goals and client expectations.

The role requires extensive experience supervising complex builds, strong knowledge of metal framing, and a proactive safety mindset, with travel across the Carolinas as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of construction site supervision experience.
• Extensive experience on large commercial or multi-family projects.
• Strong technical knowledge with metal framing.
• OSHA-certified or equivalent safety training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all field operations from mobilization through close-out, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality goals.
• Lead complex commercial projects with minimal oversight.
• Conduct daily site walks to verify production, safety, and quality.
• Manage site logistics, labor, equipment, and subs; coordinate with Project Manager on costs and schedule.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings addressing trade sequencing and scope alignment.
• Document daily reports, safety toolbox talks, and site photos.
• Oversee inspections, punch lists, and project turnover documentation.
