Job summary

Landmark Builders, Inc is seeking a full-time, experienced Superintendent to lead field operations in the Triad, NC area. The role focuses on supervising field crews, coordinating subcontractors, and enforcing safety and quality across high-end residential and commercial interiors.

Responsibilities include developing execution plans, maintaining look-ahead schedules, and driving progress through meetings with owners and designers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a commercial construction Superintendent.
• Proven delivery of high-end residential/commercial interior finishes on large projects.
• Safety focus with 30-hour OSHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead field teams on construction projects with supervision of subcontractors and Landmark personnel.
• Create and implement project execution plans; adjust to changing needs and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specs, and Landmark QA/QC program.
• Generate and manage look-ahead schedules; coordinate all subs, suppliers, testing, and inspections to meet milestones.
