Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of construction site supervision experience.
• Extensive experience on large commercial or multi-family projects.
• Strong technical knowledge with metal framing.
• Proficient in Procore and Bluebeam.
• OSHA-certified with a safety‑first mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable under company policy.
• Willingness to travel across the Carolinas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all field operations from mobilization through close-out, ensuring progress aligns with schedule, budget, and quality goals.
• Lead complex commercial projects with minimal oversight.
• Conduct daily site walks to verify production, safety, and quality.
• Manage site logistics, labor, equipment, and subcontractors for optimal workflow.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager to forecast needs, monitor costs, mitigate risks, and maintain schedule integrity.
• Anticipate challenges and implement solutions to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Serve as primary on-site point of contact for builders, clients, inspectors, and field staff.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings on trade sequencing and scope alignment.
• Document daily reports, toolbox talks, and site photos accurately.
• Oversee inspections, punch lists, sign-offs, and project turnover documentation.
• Foster collaboration among office, field teams, and subcontractors.
• Provide leadership presence to drive accountability and performance.
