Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist in New York City to support NAM D2C initiatives and enterprise partnerships. You will enhance Salesforce reporting, assist with pipeline hygiene, and prepare executive materials for internal and client audiences.

You will partner with NAM D2C leaders to build target lists, perform market research on payment trends, and help scale revenue opportunities across card payments, real-time payments, A2A, cross-border, and data-enabled services.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise client engagements and executive reporting.
• Proficiency in Salesforce pipeline hygiene, lead tracking and forecasting.
• Ability to develop client-facing materials and pitch decks.

Responsibilities

• Support NAM D2C teams on engagements with large market enterprises and Mastercard issuers.
• Develop target corporate lists aligned to CNPF strategies.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, embedded payments, and monetization models.
• Facilitate collaboration across Commercial Payments, Product, Services and Account Management.
• Maintain Salesforce reporting and revenue forecasting.
• Create client-facing materials, including pitch decks and solution overviews.
• Compile performance metrics for internal reviews and external updates.
• Support prospecting with stakeholder identification and follow-up coordination.
• Map decision-makers and key personas within large market enterprises.
