Job summary

360X Staffing seeks a Construction Manager to lead commercial solar projects, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective execution while maintaining quality and compliance. This role oversees site operations, subcontractors, and project performance, while serving as the key point of contact for clients and internal leadership.

You will manage site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and serve as the primary contact for clients and leadership, delivering on schedules, budgets, and safety

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial solar construction experience (500kW+ projects).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and structural drawings.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and project phases.
• Proficiency in project management tools and construction software.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet scope and timelines.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and field teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and specifications.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and progress to clients and leadership.
• Conduct quality audits, safety meetings, and daily site planning.
• Administer contracts, permits, and project documentation.
• Monitor productivity and drive efficiency across job sites.
• Anticipate delays and implement corrective action plans.
