SOLV Energy is seeking a Construction Manager to plan solar construction projects and oversee their progress from start to finish on a jobsite. You will handle budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling while coordinating with stakeholders to meet timelines and budgets.

This role sits full-time on a jobsite and will require travel. Strong leadership, construction and solar project management experience are essential to deliver safe, compliant and high-quality projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years related experience and safety knowledge per OSHA regulations.
• Strong knowledge of construction and solar industry practices.
• Proficiency in project management and scheduling tools.
• Ability to lead teams and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and supervise solar construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project scheduling, budget, workforce coordination, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to meet objectives.
• Oversee procurement, contracts, and document management for projects.
• Ensure safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory adherence on site.
• Maintain records of progress, materials, labor hours, and reports.
