Job summary

Solar Landscape, LLC is seeking a Construction Manager to lead on-site execution of commercial solar projects. You will oversee all construction activities, coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The role requires 5+ years in solar construction, rooftop installation knowledge, and strong organizational and communication skills. Travel to multiple job sites is expected; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solar commercial construction.
• Understanding of rooftop installations.
• Experience with ground-mount and carport PV construction preferred.
• Understanding of behind-the-meter and utility interconnections.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented self-starter.
• Knowledge of construction safety requirements; OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with willingness to travel to various job sites.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, field labor and vendors on site to coordinate activities.
• Visit sites regularly during construction and attend status/coordination meetings.
• Conduct quality assurance and safety inspections throughout construction.
• Plan, execute, and manage self-performed work and labor crews; plan sequences and costs.
• Track and forecast production, adjusting plans as needed.
