Job summary

Solar Landscape is seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager to oversee multiple commercial rooftop solar projects, enforcing construction processes, ensuring quality, and driving schedule performance. This hands-on leader partners with Project Managers to align field execution with scope and budget while maintaining a strong safety culture across all sites.

Qualifications

• 7-12+ years in construction with 3-5+ years in commercial rooftop solar
• Experience managing Construction Managers/Superintendents
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, metal) and racking systems

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight to field Construction Managers
• Conduct site visits and audits for safety, quality, and productivity
• Review weekly production reports and look-ahead schedules
• Identify and address execution gaps in real time
• Enforce standardized construction processes and documentation
• Drive corrective actions to reduce rework and warranty claims
• Hold teams accountable to project schedules
• Collaborate with Project Managers to align scope and budget
• Support accurate forecasting with real-time field reporting
• Maintain clear communication across teams
