Job summary

Solar Energy Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for the Commercial Solar Construction Department to oversee and manage the execution of solar projects. The role requires coordinating clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, while ensuring schedules, budgets, and resources are aligned with goals.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in project management, knowledge of solar industry regulations, and strong leadership and communication skills. Domestic travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the solar or construction industry.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall execution of commercial solar projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Perform regular project status updates and communicate with key stakeholders.
• Ensure projects adhere to all relevant codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing appropriate mitigation plans.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project team members.
• Conduct project post-mortems to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
