Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Vocational School or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of field experience in security systems.
• State licensing (Class D or Alarm Installer) or ability to obtain it.
• Understanding of Windows OS and IT network concepts.
• Proactive, customer-focused with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot access control and IP video systems.
• Travel to client sites to service equipment and diagnose issues.
• Read electrical schematics and CAD drawings for low‑voltage work.
• Document service issues and maintain logs.
• Provide on‑call phone/remote diagnostic support.
• Work with customers and internal teams to ensure operability.
