Job summary

Allied Universal Technology Services is seeking a Commercial Security Senior Service Technician to service, maintain, repair and diagnose access control equipment and IP-based video systems at client sites. The role involves traveling to commercial sites, troubleshooting installations, and ensuring compliance with building codes, while upholding AUTS values.

The candidate should have a high school degree or equivalent, 5+ years field experience, and strong communication and troubleshooting

Qualifications

• High School Degree, Vocational School or equivalent required
• 5+ years of field experience
• Experience with Security systems or access control platforms preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Good communication with internal & external customers

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, repairs and diagnostics on access control and IP-based video systems
• Travel to commercial client sites to service and repair equipment
• Troubleshoot installations and ensure operability and compliance with codes
• Document all service-related issues
• Provide phone and online remote diagnostic support
• Operate a company vehicle to client sites
• Work independently or as part of a team
