Job summary

Allied Universal Technology Services is seeking a Commercial Security Senior Service Technician in Washington, DC. You will service, maintain, repair, and diagnose access control equipment and IP-based video systems at commercial client sites, often working with locks, card readers, cameras, and intercom systems.

The role requires a proactive, skilled individual with 5+ years of field experience, a High School Degree or equivalent, and the ability to obtain state licensing as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of field experience.
• State licensing as required or ability to hold license once hired.

Responsibilities

• Travel to commercial client sites to service, repair, troubleshoot, and detect access control equipment and IP-based video security systems.
• Troubleshoot system installations and provide effective resolutions while ensuring operability and compliance.
• Document all service-related issues and maintain records.
