Job summary

Everon is hiring skilled technicians to install commercial alarm, fire, CCTV, and Card Access systems across our Maryland locations. You will work with minimal supervision and may train junior installers and trainees.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years’ experience, mastery of intrusion, fire, CCTV, intercom, and access control systems, and a valid driver’s license with the ability to pass drug screening. The role requires adherence to local and national codes and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma/Vocational Training.
• Three or more years of experience required.
• Mastery knowledge of commercial intrusion systems, fire systems, CCTV, intercom, and access control systems.
• Working knowledge to full understanding of local/national codes.
• Valid driver's license and ability to clear a drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Installs commercial alarm, fire, CCTV, and Card Access systems.
• Proctors, coaches, and teaches others.
• Provides reliable, high quality customer support.
• Instructs customers on system operation and functionality.
• Performs system testing and signal verification.
• Maintains truck stock/inventory and tools.
• Performs new system installations and upgrades.
• Organizes resources to ensure efficient task execution.
• Monitors progress and completes assigned tasks.
